The SAFETP is requesting applications for the incoming 2018 class from qualified health professionals with an interest in public health and commitment to public service.
The project calls for involving ministries of education/health/others and faculties of education and for encouraging the embedding of knowledge, skills and values about the SDGs and how to achieve these and One Health within and across education curricula.
The goal of One Health Day is to bring attention around the world to the need for One Health interactions and for the world to ‘see them in action’. The One Health Day campaign is designed to engage as many individuals as possible from as many arenas as possible in One Health education and awareness events, and to generate an inspiring array of projects worldwide.
Two leading international One Health groups, the One Health Commission and the One Health Initiative Autonomous pro bono Team are partnering to help create and promote a comprehensive global education revolution that supports curriculum innovation on the unifying interconnected health of humans, animals, and the environment that sustains all life on earth.
